::Sebelum, Semasa dan Selepas di temuduga::




Salam...

Today's entry..is....all about my interview session this morning. I was depart ed from my home around 7:15 a. and arrived at the interview location around 7:40 a.m. My interview was held at Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan Office. The interview started at 8:00 o'clock. So, I registered my name inside the interview room where there were 3 organizing members setup the registeration desks.
As the time passed the 8:00 o'clock, when the people (candidates) keeps in coming and doing their registration..i've noticed that my name was'nt called by the registar. I feel there are mistakes upon my registration session just now. So, I come foward to the desk that i registered..then the mistakes was there. The registrar do mistakes when, she missed tick my name. I was  wondering..as the 4th person who enter/comes in the interview room for registration..and my name wasn't been called by her. (of course the organizing committees are among female staffs). So! my name was numbered as 17. and later on I noticed the 17th is the last person who is being interview!! gosh! it was so damn crap!!
Before we've been called by the registrar, all candidate must arranged our certificate and it's copies accordingly. It is stated at the letter that they gave us. I never knew it was the arrangement of the certificates because they did'nt mentioned about the certificates arrangement before coming for te interview. So, I arranged my certificates accrodingly. The sequence as follows;

i. copy of I/C
ii. copy of birth cert.
iii. copy of SPM/SPMV
iv. copy of STPM/Diploma/Higher National Dip.
v. Copy of Degree
vi. copy of School's leave cert.
v. testimonial from ur boss (if any)

I thought the arrangement was only for the copies of the certificate...but we need to arrange the original certificates according to above mentioned. Sucks!!!! My certificates file holder are crumpled and wrinkled...and plus the noisy crumpling sounds made was so annoyed! (seksa nyer..)
17th person is not merely 17 candidates comes for the interview in this morning. Actually, the interview session was divided into 3 rooms. I got the 2nd rooms. One room at least have 2 interviewer. and the interviewers are title and honorable officer such as (penolong pegawai daerah Port ickson/tampin/kuala pilah/jelebu etc..) FYI (For ur Info)..arround 576 candidates applied for this job! so, there will be 2 days for the interview. 576 individuals applied for 36 vacancies of 1 post title! ngeeee...the competition is quite blaze!!!
as the time passed by around 12:00 o'clock. My turn still not yet. Then, what are the things i was doing is walking out of the interview's waiting room go for having "morning food" which it was'nt in my entire life schedule. huhu..I bought the egg sandwish..eat 2gather with one of the candidate that i just met. Happy to have chat with somebody who I am not know and happy in exchanging ideas and info regarding something that i never knew. that to the candidate who is graduated from UMS (Univesiti Malaysia Sabah) tell me the info about the "offshore banking system".. and also, thank to another who tell me about GSTT info.
Okay stop for awhile telling u guys about the person whom i met in the interviewed. During the interview session, I was wondering what are the questions will be asked by the interviewer??

During my turn of being interviewed, they are asking several questions in bahasa...such as;

eh jap! nape tetibe writing english lak nih? --->continue...

"perkenalkan diri awak."

"Dari mana awak tahu jawatan ini ada kekosongan?"

"Apa yang anda tahu mengenai jawatan ini serta bidang tugasnya?"

"Ada berapa daerah dalam negeri sembilan dan nyatakan?"

"apa keistimewaan negeri sembilan (n9), nayatakan?

if u guys answered n9 nye specialities like masal lemak cili api, adat pepatih bla bla bla..mmg u guys akan kena soklan hangat ttg adat pepatih disitu.

contoh; "adat pepatih tu ape?" apa susur galur pemerintahan adat perpatih?"

ade la yang jawab suku/buapak/lembaga/luak undang..yang lagi hebat..ade gak la yang akn ditnya ade berepa suku yang ade dekat n9 nih? haaaaaaaaa....sila jawab..aku yg bersuku-kan suku seri lemak ni pon dok tercangak2 name2 suku..aku takot gak la klu interviewer tu tnya nama buapak suku aku..eee..

tapi kan ade candidate lain yang dalam bilik interview lain..dapat soklan cam..

"siapa nama ketua kampung/mukim awak?"

haaaa?????? sape?? sape ek?..kena amek tahu tuh..

so, conclusion nyer..kite kena befikir secara logik kalau nak mempersiapkan diri pergi ke temuduga..sekiranya jawatan yang hendak ditemuduga itu bawah seliaan kerajaan negeri, maka segala pasal negeri dan kerajaan kita perlu tahu.
Oh ya, untuk jawatan yang aku ditemuduga tadi ialah sebagai pegawai khidmat masyarakat. (sbb starting tetibe english kan..so, aku ter-over lak..sori kalu english aku kuweng skit..)

jawatan ini lebih kurang sama seperti jawatan yang ada di jabatan kebajikan masyarakat. Jawatan ini lebih kepada memberi khidmat kepada rakyat negeri yang menghadapi kesusahan/bencana/malapetaka yang memerlukan pertolongan dan bantuan dengan kadar segera. maka, pegawai khidmat msykt ini adalah golongan yang bertanggungjawab memastikan bantuan kecemasan yang diberikan itu sampai kepada yang memerlukan dan seterusnya dilaporkan untuk rekod dan pantauan. dan tugas pegawai ni pulak ibarat pengantara kerajaan negeri dengan orang awam/rakayat negeri...haaa...gitew..paham x murid2?? kalau paham bagus..
Untuk pengetahuan, sebagai pegawai khidmat msykt anda perlu bkerja diluar kawasan anda menetap serta bertugas lebih masa. yela..bak kate penemuduga aku tadi,

Penemuduga 1: "awak sanggup kerja lebih masa x?"

Aku : "sanggup..sebab pekerjaan yang saya kerja sekarang pun ada bekerja lebih masa"

Penemuduga 1: "kerja lebih masa sampai 2 pagi?"

Aku : "2 pagi..insya-Allah"

Penemuduga 1: "kalau 6 pagi?"

Penemuduga 2 : "eish..tak sampai pagi rase nyer.."

Penemuduga 1: "  xde la, kalau kita perlu pegawai hantar bantuan kecemasan kepada penduduk/rakyat pada pukul 6 bagaimana?

Aku: Boleh! saya boleh cuba.

Penemuduga 1: angguk jer.

Aku xtau la..dia angguk tuh tanda apa kan..tapi aku menjawab soklan tebiu dengan seboleh yang mungkin. daripada aku x cakap dan x tunjuk yang aku berkebolehan watpe kan..wat bazir gaji aku yang half day je..huhu..

Neway, bagi sape2 yang g tebiu utk jawatan ni or jawatan yang lain selain khidmat msyrkt nih..untuk esok..aku wish gudluck yer..aku harap  entry aku kali nih..dapat bagi info kat korang..walopon awal entry blog aku citer cam novel..hoho..

okay lah!

  3. ntah ler..setengah company yg hired dey ol xnak tgk spm..dey nk tgk terus our highest cert. cam degree, matric/dip., spm. ade lak yg opposite..so, bende tu depend on with whom we will be interviewed..1 perkara lg, klu depa ade bg list ape yg perlu di bwak smsa dtg tebiu..ko tgk list tu..klu list tu kate nk spm, dip cert., degree cert., school leave cert...so..kite kna ikot as per letter mentioned.(sometimes lar..)

  5. nasib baik time iv x kena soal pasal adat perpatih segala..juz tanya pasal fungsi penghulu, kenal tak ketua kampung, projek utk memperkenalkan daerah.. btw, iv saya hr rabu y lalu.. ramai gak eik y mohon jwtn tu..
